Rules
of Casa de Calma

ABSOLUTELY
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE

ABSOLUTELY
NO PETS ALLOWED IN OR AT THE HOUSE
-
All guests must be
at least 21 years of age or they must be accompanied by an adult
over 35 years of age.
-
No wild parties,
nuisance, or loud noise.
-
Please bring your
own food goods and personal supplies. If you use any Furby food
products or Furby personal supplies, other than standard bath and
kitchen supplies, please replace them in kind.
-
Remove all your
perishables from the cabin and refrigerator before you leave.
-
Abide by the
SHUTDOWN PROCEDURES which apply to you.
-
Remove all muddy and
dirty shoes and clothes prior to entering house.
-
Return keys to cabin
to Mike Furby via mail or hand delivery.
-
Do not put any products down toilets except
for toilet paper. We are on a septic system.
-
Do not leave fires
burning or dryer running while no one is in the cabin.
-
No more than
12 people may stay in the house.
-
Water is a premium
in this drought stricken community. Please use it sparingly.
-
Please keep doors
closed when you leave the house. Little pests like to enter when
you’re not looking. Additionally, it lets out the heat/cool air.
-
Keep the gates
closed when children are playing in the back yard. This gives added
security that your children won’t run out into the street.
